Who we are
Kindness Matters is a husband and wife team owned and ran by me, Katie. I started grooming over 15 years ago and knew I had found my passion. I was trained by an incredibly talented master groomer who taught me safety, care and excellence in all areas of pet grooming. After 9 years in a grooming salon I started mobile grooming for a fellow mobile company and I had found my calling. After going mobile I trained my partner, Andrew, to bathe pups and join the company. We have spent thousands of hours of study and practice in both dog grooming, dog behavior, and dog care. We believe in kindness first to ensure that your pet enjoys their spa day as much as you enjoy yours!
What we do
We are an all-inclusive mobile dog grooming salon that provides a full service premium spa day for your furry family members. We have a grooming unit as well as a specialized bath only unit. We use only premium products and cater each appointment to the needs of your individual dog. Does your pet need a deshedding treatment? Do they have dry skin or need nail grinding? etc. It is all included and is never an “add on”. That way each pet gets the very best every time!
Why mobile
Mobile grooming is a luxury service. Mobile grooming costs more money but saves in time, stress (for you and your pup!) and convenience. It stops the wasting of time driving to and from a loud store and going through the busy salon. Your dog is no longer stressed going in the car, waiting hours in a kennel, or being around a lot of other barking dogs, people and phones ringing . Instead, they get cage free, one on one attention. The mobile units are fully self sufficient. We won’t use your water or power! They are well heated or cooled and is a clean, quiet, comfortable environment for your dog.
