Scheduling

Welcome to Kindness Matters! All our clients are required to be on a reoccurring schedule (4,6,8 weeks etc). I recommend (but do not require) being on a maintenance schedule of 4-6 weeks in order to benefit from more favorable scheduling and pricing. Pets on a 4-6 week schedule benefit most because grooming becomes a regular part of life and causes less stress. We make sure to take all the time your pet needs to feel their most comfortable and relaxed. It also helps to prevent matting, maintain short nails and follows their natural skin cycle. A 4-6 week schedule ensures that your pup always looks fresh and never “overdue”.

Pricing

Haircut appointments fall into one of three categories. Exact pricing won’t be known until after their first groom because each pet it unique. My services are highly customized for each pet and all-inclusive to ensure that they get the best treatment every time. The three categories are as follows.

Chamomile puppers-$160-$200. Under 45lbs or wire/shorter haired. They require an appointment time of about 45min-1.5 hours and/or are usually on a 4-6 week schedule.

Eucalyptus puppers-$ 190- $270. Over 45lbs-70lbs. They require an appointment time of about 1.5hrs- 2hrs. They may also fall here if smaller but have special needs such as extra senior care, extra time for anxiety, fear etc. Pets on a 4-6 week schedule.. Smaller doodles are most often in this category.

Lavender puppers- $275 and up. Over 70lbs They require an appointment of more than 2 hours, are larger, and/or have special needs such as extra senior care, extra care for anxiety etc. Pets on a 4-6 week or schedule. Full sized poodles and doodles usually fall here.

***Pets can change categories due to needs, cut change or matting. For example a chamomile pet may move into the eucalyptus category if they get matted or as they age and require additional care.
